Outdoor burning is allowed in the City of Davison, Davison Township and Richfield Township. Each municipality regulates outdoor burning on an individual basis. Davison Township and Richfield Township issue their own permits for open burning. Open burning is not allowed in the City of Davison, only campfires in containers manufactured for the burning of firewood. Burning of leaves and grass clippings is prohibited in all three municipalities. Please follow the links below for permit applications and additional information.
